Know About Our Classroom Training
Classroom training programme is our primary course to overcome stammering, which is held for 7 days majorly at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh and some other locations too. Training is conducted in a batch wise where dates are first notified and accordingly students can apply for the registration. Since many students come from distant location to attend the course, facility of accommodation and food is also provided so that they might not face any difficulty finding the rooms and attend the session with free mind. Both accommodation and food is optional for students. The medium of instruction is both in English and Hindi. Our approach towards stammering is very unique and modern. We are not simply confined to old traditional methods to overcome stammering. We work on both physical and psychological aspect of oneโs stammering. After deep analysis of oneโs stammering he/she is made to practice different techniques based on the level and kind of stammering he/she has. Breathing techniques are one of our most powerful techniques which we use along with some other techniques. The primary objective is to bring control in the speech by brining coordination between the thoughts and the speech. Breathing acts as a bridge between these. If the thoughts, words and your breath is properly synchronized, it becomes very easy to speak in a controlled manner. All the techniques are practiced under the direct supervision of trainer where they first made to practice rigorously at Centre and then taken for public speaking sessions. These are the most important sessions for every student, as stammering mostly happens at public places when they are in their uncomfortable zone, full of fear, guilt and shame, its very important to make students face their uncomfortable situations. They are made to participate in different activities like role play, Q&A sessions, strangers talk, group talk and mic speaking in crowd etc. They learn to speak with proper techniques in public which increases their confidence and decreases their stammering to a great extent. Some mental techniques are also made to practice to make the mindset strong and positive as negative mind acts as a fuel for stammering. Both physical and mental techniques are equally important and have to be practiced simultaneously. For the long lasting result, every student has to incorporate all the techniques in his/her lifestyle and for that one needs to practice daily, the way he/she has been told to practice. Daily practice will ensure that stammering will not relapse, your confidence will be high throughout and you can face any situation without any fear of stammering. Every student is provided with follow-up support after completing 7 days of session in the form of online and offline practices, conducted by the primary trainer and other members of Healstammering group. We make sure no students are left alone after training. We treat every student as part of our family and always there to guide him/her to live a happy and confident life.
